20th anniversary of Pirelli in Poland

The agency PR Kwadrat organized a press conference to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Pirelli company in Poland. The jubilee took place the 7th of December in the Embassy of Italy in Warsaw. The meeting with journalists was inaugurated by His Excellency Ambassador of Italy Riccardo Guariglia, who introduced the history of commercial relations between Poland and Italy. The current strategy and Pirelli’s accomplishments until today were presented by Umberto Schiavi, Chief Executive Officer, Marcin Wieteska, Sales Director of passenger car tires and Sabrina Franco, Marketing Director of Pirelli Polska. Finally, the journalists could see the Polish premiere, the “Making of” Pirelli’s Calendar for 2013 by Steve McCurry. After the conference all the guests received special souvenir- an exclusive publication issued for the 20th anniversary of Pirelli’s activity in Polish market.

The monumental interiors of Kubicki Arcades were the perfect scenery for the solemn Gala on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Pirelli Polska which took place the 6th of December. The jubilee of the Polish Department of Pirelli gathered people who made great contribution to the current situation of the company and its position in the domestic market. Pirelli celebrated its birthday in a great company, surrounded by partners, clients, media and public institutions’ representatives. Such invited guests as his Excellency Ambassador of Italy Riccardo Guariglia, the Executive Director of Polish office of Pirelli – Giansimone Bertoli, who had run the branch in Warsaw for 8 years and delegates from the headquarter of Pirelli in Italy, were present.
The agency PR Kwadrat was responsible for invited representatives of different media during the night Gala – we were there all the time.

Orbis Pictus – Historical Book Fair 29.11- 02.12.2012

The agency PR Kwadrat was responsible for media relations in order to promote Ksiegi Pelpińskie during the XXI Historical Book Fair 2012. Księgi Pelpińskie emited by Orbis Pictus are considered one of the most precious facsimile (exact copies of old prints and manuscripts) in the world.

During the Fair we organised meetings with the President of the publishing house – Artur Sobolewski. The subject matter of Księgi Pelpińskie focused attention of journalists from various media specialized in history, culture and business topics. The presence of Orbis Pictus at the XXI Historical Book Fair 2012 started the long-term promotional process of the publishing house in Poland.

Agency PR Kwadrat organized a cyclical experts’ meeting for Hogart Business Intelligence that took place the 8th of November 2012. The main theme this year was system Qlik View – “Analysis Masters invite – spread your wings with QlikView in times of crisis”.

During lectures and discussions about the most popular BI in-memory solution participated 60 experts who had an unique chance to exchange opinions and experience concerning the system.

The experts’ meeting met with great interest. Many outstanding speakers such as Janusz Fortuna (President of the Management Board of Hogart Business Intelligence), Bartłomiej Bańkowski (Department Head of PMR Data Center), Andre Grift (CEO & President), added splendour. Our partner in this event was the company PMR Publications.
